Absentee ballot counting going smoothly in Michigan

While Michigan's Secretary of State has warned vote counts for the election could potentially be delayed until Friday, she noted late Tuesday night that absentee ballot tabulating was going smoother than expected and residents could have an answer by the end of Wednesday.
