Congresswoman Tlaib reacts to President's signing of Covid relief bill
Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib speaks with Fox 2's Hilary Golston about President Donald Trump's decision to sign the Covid 19 relief and Omnibus package, totaling $2.3 trillion. Tlaib, other Democrats, and Mr. Trump advocated for $2,000 direct payments to many Americans as part of $900 Billion in Coronavirus relief, now signed into law by the President late Sunday night. Following the President’s decision to sign the bill with requests for changes, Tlaib and other members of the US House of Representatives will vote on a standalone bill to increase the payments from $600 to $2,000. Fox 2’s Hilary Golston spoke with Tlaib about what might happen Monday and the President’s other requests.
