Gov. Whitmer relaxes COVID-19 restrictions on restaurants, senior homes and gatherings

On Tuesday Gov. Gretchen Whitmer relaxed the curfew of restaurants and bars one hour to 11 p.m. and has put in place a 50 percent occupancy mark for eateries.
