FEMA adds another Metro Detroit location to assist disaster victims

As the fallout from the summer storms continues to cause issues and raise frustrations about assistance, FEMA is responding with another disaster center where victims of floods and severe storms can go for advice on fixing up damaged homes and applying for available money.
