Some snow this morning
Some light snow is in the forecast today, thought it won't amount to much. More is coming later this week, though. Alan Longstreet has what to expect.
DETROIT (FOX 2) - Two rounds of snow are on the way, with the first arriving today.
Mixed precipitation will break out during this morning’s commute, but totals will stay minimal—under half an inch. With temps above freezing, no major road issues are expected. Thursday looks dry, but another round of snow arrives Friday.
Our late-week system brings snow Thursday night into Friday morning, with snow showers lingering into the afternoon. While it’s not a major storm, it will be impactful, with 1-2" expected across the area.
Behind the snow, temps bottom out for the weekend, with highs stuck in the 20s. The cold eases as we move into Christmas week.
