Metro Detroit weather: Nice Thursday before rain arrives late, changes to snow tomorrow
Chilly start to the day with rain arriving late
It starts chilly before transitioning into a nice day. However, rain arrives late and changes to snow on Friday.
DETROIT (FOX 2) - It’ll be a nice day once we get past the chilly start.
Highs will climb to the mid-40s while lows will hover around 37.

Our next system moves in tonight, bringing scattered to widespread chilly rain through Friday morning’s commute.

By afternoon, rain mixes with snow, leading to a minor slushy accumulation. On the high end, some spots could see an inch or a bit more, but most areas will see less—and with temps above freezing, there will be some melting.

Colder air settles in Saturday, but we’ll get a nice little bounce-back Sunday with nothing more than a few light showers to close out the weekend.
