New Day Foundation gives cancer families stability and hope

(WJBK) - The New Day Foundation for families strives to provide financial stability and hope to cancer patients to positively impact treatment outcomes. For executive director Gina Kell Spehn, working for the cause is personal.

Her 15-year-old son, Sam, was diagnosed with brain cancer last November and she also lost her first husband to the deadly disease. Her current husband also lost his first wife to the disease.
