Breaking down Whitmer's roads plan with Inside Michigan

(FOX 2) - Gov. Gretchen Whitmer promised in her campaign to fix the "damn roads."

Her proposed solution: $2.35 billion in funding, via a gas tax that would hit you at the pump. he governor and her backers say we have to do something about the roads, while Republicans say the plan doesn't have enough specifics to guarantee how the revunue will be accumulated.
