The people who loved Emilio Valdez, remembering everything about him. Everything that made him so exuberant, so memorable, so adored.

The 20-year old’s oldest sister among hundreds who came to his former high school to embrace one another in this time of unimaginable grief.

“He was always smiling, he was loved by a lot of the students here, and I saw that just through my small interactions with him,” Kristina Robinson said.

Emilios body was found in Pontiac’s Osmun Lake Thursday, he’d been shot multiple times
Investigators say they were called to the park after family members discovered bloody clothes near a dock by the lake, located in Stanley Park.

“He was a good boy he didn’t deserve to get gunned down in the street, nobody does,” Emilio’s stepdad Dan Walford said.

“My brother was an amazing person with a beautiful spirit and the sweetest soul, whoever did this to him robbed us and robbed him of the beautiful life he had ahead of him. I pray God puts conviction in your heart to turn yourself in. I don’t want him to be defined what happened to him but his life to be celebrated but at the same time justice, just for him to be able to rest and my mother to have peace,” Emilio’s sister Tiffany Valdez said.
