Wayne County woman $300,000 richer after Wild Time Bingo lotto game

The winning Wild Time Bingo card

A liquor store in Garden City sold the winning lottery ticket to a Wayne County woman who is now sitting hundreds of thousands of dollars richer these days.

The winner, who asked to remain anonymous after scoring big on the Wild Time Bingo game, first took in the victory in her car.

She told Michigan Lottery Connect collected herself in her vehicle, parked in the lot near the Tweeny's Paradise Liquor store.

The first thing she saw after revealing the hidden words was a $300,000 prize.

"I checked it at the Lucky Spot scanner and knew it was real when the message came up to visit the Lottery office. I went back out to my car, locked the doors, and just sat there for a while basking in the excitement," she said.

From there, her next stop was the lottery headquarters to claim her victory.

Her winnings will go toward her savings.
