Attorney charged as mastermind in Dan Hutchinson murder

An attorney was charged Friday morning with being the mastermind of the murder of famous jeweler, Dan Hutchinson, after authorities said he put a hit on Hutch because of a will that the attorney is believed to have made himself as the benefactor.
