Firearms found on accused Michigan State shooter were legally purchased, police say
Questions remain over how Anthony McRae obtained firearms used in the mass shooting at Michigan State University Monday night, however, the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms confirmed he had legally purchased two guns that were found on his person after making contact with police. He was previously charged with carrying a concealed weapon, but pleaded down to a misdemeanor.
