Oxford HS counselor testifies about meeting with shooter's parents

Oxford High School counselor Shawl Hopkins testified that he called the shooter's parents into school because he was concerned for the student's wellbeing after knowing he was researching bullets, drawing violent images and had expressed sadness over recent personal events in a conversation.
