Women's Self Defense Training

The weather is getting warmer and while many are turning to the outdoors for fitness and fun activities, you need to also be aware of your personal safety. 

Local self defense expert Sami Kaz, of the Family Karate Academy in Shelby Township, is hosting a free women's self defense and kickboxing class at 7 p.m. Friday April 12  at stopped by the Fox2 News studios Saturday morning.
